I needed to get the carpet in my room cleaned fast before moving, and had a few stains that the landlady was not happy with. I called Jason and explained to him my situation, and he came by for an estimate. Not only did he give me a more than reasonable estimate, he offered to give his professional opinion on documentation in the event that I went to court. He then spotted the most visible stain (a blueberry juice stain that would not come out even after being treated and cleaned with a Rug Doctor), and applied a quick solution spray. Within 24 hours, the stain was COMPLETELY GONE! He then offered to come back and do any touch up work in the event that any stains had lingered after cleaning the whole carpet.
